E5 combines different engineering background and discipline to provide customer with a complete product design solution.

There are 2 main business focus:

• ODM: Turnkey product design and manufacturing for customer including production engineering support like test and measurement and factory automation
• In house product design where E5 will commercialize potentially viable ideas from our R&D and bring them to the market. Focus is on wireless sensor network for remote monitoring.

The Core Team

Mr. Kuan Keng Mun, MSc (Umist)
General manager and business development, overall in charge of the operation of E5. Specializes in EE design, Test & Meas. and Factory Automation. He has been in these industries more for 20 years. Ex-director of SysEng (S) Pte. Ltd.

Dr Low Kay Soon, Ph.D, B.Eng, SrMIEEE
Technical director, in charge of R&D. Area of research includes ultra wide band, wireless network, advanced control engineering, solar cell technology. Holds16 patents. He has been in the R&D for 25 years.

Mr. Cheong Siah Chong, B.Eng, MBA
Business development, specializes in mechanical design and production. Holds 2 patents. He has  been in these industries for 25 years. Director of Mdesign Solution.
